Evolutionary learning in underdevelopment

Specific problems of innovation and learning processes in underdeveloped countries are studied. For this, some insights stemming from evolutionary economics, development theory and the National Systems of Innovation conceptualisation are discussed. The focus is on problem-solving capabilities.
