Letter to the Faculty

The opportunities available to the Department of Business at LSU-Alexandria (LSU-A) over the next several years are exciting as we contemplate the needs of students who are enrolled as well as those who will attend our university as they discover what we can offer them. The flourishing economy and the legacy of outstanding leadership at LSU-A have enabled us to reassess our roles and have given us the ability to make profound changes that can benefit our students, the business community, and all those who we serve. The purpose of this brief message is threefold: 1) to identify goals and guidelines for the next 5 years that will frame our efforts in the Department of Business; 2) to articulate the values that should drive us as we work together; and 3) to ask you to sign on as owners and partners in creating our new identity.
