A transmission fiber for mode division multiplexing supporting ${rm LP}_{01}$ and ${rm LP}_{11}$ modes, with low differential group delay, low mode coupling, and low loss for both modes is presented. Spatially and spectrally resolved mode imaging (${rm S}^{2}$ imaging) is used for characterization.
