Most important to the Argentine Army is to recover national defence, re-value human aspects of military personnel, and advance in a mid- and long-term investment programme. We want to be remembered as those who began the Army's recovery phase. It will not be achieved from a day to another, naturally, but progress can be made. Another challenge is to achieve the military's valuation. The Army has already recovered society's respect. Now they need to conquer the new government's respect.
