摘要

temperature has great influence of the stacking fault energy(SFE). Both SFE and dr_o/ D T for Fe-based alloys containingsubstitutional or interstitial atoms increase with increasingtempera- Ture. Based on the thermodynamic model of SFE, the equationformula (ill.) and those Expressions for three items involved areestablished.
