To provide a tongue pressure strengthening training device that realizes training with enjoyment.SOLUTION: A tongue pressure strengthening training device comprises: an elastic balloon that can be inserted into an oral cavity; a pressure detection part 5 that detects internal pressure of the elastic balloon; a control part 722 that performs conversion into tongue pressure information of sound varying in accordance with a pressure value detected at the pressure detection part 5; a buzzer 73 that outputs the tongue pressure information of sound on the basis of a signal from the control part 722; a memory 724 that preliminarily stores a relationship between age or a health condition and a reference value; and a condition setting part 720 that allows input of the age or the health condition. The control part 722 allows the buzzer 73 to output a high-pitched sound when the pressure value detected at the pressure detection part 5 is equal to or higher than the reference value, however, when the pressure value is less than the reference value, it allows the buzzer 73 to output no sounds or output a low-pitched small sound even in cases of outputting a sound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
