The present invention relates to a hard metal part for tap hole opener bit on a blast furnace by using a hard metal scrap, and a method for manufacturing the same. The method for manufacturing the hard metal part for tap hole opener bit on a blast furnace by using a hard metal scrap comprises: a step of selecting and washing a hard metal scrap; a step of grinding a scrap for effective zinc penetration; a step of zinc penetration and zinc recovery of the hard metal scrap; a step of grinding the scrap on a sponge; a step of sieving reclaim hard metal powder; a step of mixing and drying the reclaim hard metal powder in a humid manner; and a step of forming and sintering. An object of the present invention is to suppress an increase in production costs while maximizing corrosion resistance.
