The present invention relates to a sleep endoscope system, and more particularly, to a sleeping endoscope system capable of advancing a sleeping endoscope while changing the position of a patient in a predetermined order in order to grasp a sleep disorder, thereby increasing the reliability of inspection. Disclosed are a monitoring and diagnosis system of the sleep disorders, and a monitoring method of sleep disorders. The monitoring and diagnosis system comprises: a position display instruction device for instructing display of patient position information necessary for the progress of the sleep endoscope; an endoscope apparatus for capturing the image of a patient; and an image integration monitoring apparatus.
