An embodiment of the present invention, a system to provide environmental law and regulation information by phase of urban regeneration, capable of providing environmental law and regulation and authentication information by key working process phase to enable a user to search for the environmental law and regulation information and confirm whether the environmental law and regulation information is able to be applied to a corresponding administrative item. To achieve the purpose, the present invention includes: a business management server receiving a request for the environmental law and regulation information by phase of urban generation through a business participant during the progress of urban generation, receiving meta information from a management database by requesting the meta information to the management database for the analysis of the environmental law and regulation information, and providing the environmental law and regulation information, analyzed based on the meta information, to the business participant; and a legislation information server storing and managing legislation information including the environmental law and regulation information, and providing the environmental law and regulation information to the business management server by analyzing and extracting the environmental law and regulation information from the legislation information based on the meta information when receiving the meta information from the business management server.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
