A pharmaceutical composition comprising a mixture of a corticosteroid and a quinine B2 receptor antagonist as an active ingredient is disclosed. The compositions have proven to be particularly effective in the treatment of inflammatory diseases such as arthritis in connection with asthma, ophthalmic or dermatological diseases and above all joints.
