The present invention provides: a recombinant vector including a recombinant chitinase gene (Chit/ChBD) obtained by recombinating a fungus derived chitinase gene (chitinase: Chit) and an insect derived chitin-binding domain gene (chitin-binding domain: ChBD); a host cell transformed by the recombinant vector; a microorganism product for controlling harmful insects containing the host cell as an effective component; a method of controlling the harmful insects using the microorganism product; a production method of the microorganism product including a step of obtaining culture liquid by culturing the host cell; and a production method of biomass including a step of decomposing chitin on the outer skin of an arthropod by applying the microorganism product to an outer skin byproduct of the arthropod.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
