PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generation device for high-order harmonic frequencies utilizing amplification of a neighboring field with a laptop size.;SOLUTION: The generation device for high-order harmonic frequencies utilizing amplification of a neighboring field with a laptop size includes a femto-second laser generator, a light transmission means for transmitting light output from the femto-second laser generator, a fine pattern of a metal thin film with a nano-opening for amplifying the neighboring field when the light transmitted from the light transmission means passes through, a gas supply section for supplying an inactive gas when the light transmitted from the light transmission means passes through the fine pattern, and a vacuum chamber for housing the fine pattern and the gas supply section in a vacuum atmosphere.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
