PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which a pull-out resistance function in an anchor for banking strengthening soil wall becomes an anchor plate only.;SOLUTION: An anchor for banking strengthening soil wall comprises: one rod-like strengthening member 2 of which the front end portion is fixed to wall surface panels 20, 20a, ...; a flange-like anchor plate 3 fixed to the rod-like strengthening member 2; and one slippage suppressing plate 4 which is provided in an intermediate part of the rod-like strengthening member 2 in parallel with the rod-like strengthening member 2, includes outward protruding portions 5 and 5a from both sides of the rod-like strengthening member 2 in both side parts and is separated from the anchor plate 3. The rod-like strengthening member 2 is inserted through an insertion hole 7 in the center of the anchor plate 3, the anchor 1 for banking strengthening soil wall fixing the anchor plate 3 to the rod-like strengthening member 2 is buried in a banking part 22 while positioning the slippage suppressing plate 4 under the rod-like strengthening member 2, and the front end portion of the anchor 1 for banking strengthening soil wall is fixed to the centers of the wall surface panels 20, 20a, ..., arrayed in vertical and horizontal directions.
