PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the erroneous operation of an authentication IC tag.;SOLUTION: In an authentication IC tag 100 having an authentication processing state and a memory access state, the memory access state is such a state that memory access processing from a host access device 200 to a memory part 104 is executable, and the authentication processing state is such a state that authentication processing using a public key encryption system by the host access device 200 is executable, and that the memory access processing is inhibited. The authentication IC tag 100 includes: a memory part 104; an authentication processing part 106 configured to perform the authentication processing in the authentication processing state; a memory access control part 107 configured to inhibit the memory access processing in the authentication processing state, and to perform the memory access processing in the memory access state; a communication part 101 configured to acquire a command by communicating with the host access device 200; and a processing state transition control part 108 configured to perform the state transition of the authentication IC tag between the authentication processing state and the memory access state on the basis of the command.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
