The device has a range scale (1) formed of stringers and crosspieces (3), and defining linear succession of target spaces. A marking unit marks impact area of a golf ball, and is positioned with respect to an impact point. The marking unit has nets associated with the corresponding target spaces, where each net is held between the stringers and/or the crosspieces of the range scale. A leg assembly (4) permits inclination of the range scale with respect to the horizontal.
