PURPOSE: A core module of a regenerative evaporative cooler and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily manufacture a core module by separately manufacturing a guide duct and then by assembling it with a unit module assembly.;CONSTITUTION: A core module of a regenerative evaporative cooler comprises a plurality of unit modules(20') and a wet channel guide duct(31). The unit modules include one or more wet channel and one or more dry channel, respectively. The unit modules are repetitively arranged and bonded. The wet channel guide duct is formed at the exit of the wet channel to divide into the air passing through the wet channel and the indoor air flowing into the dry channel. The wet channel guide duct comprises an insertion part(31a) which is inserted into and assembled with the wet channel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
