PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate exercising capacity requiring no special physiological information sensor with limited chance for the incompetence of evaluation free from binding a subject. SOLUTION: A load intensity of exercising is increased by steps from P1 to P2 and with this increase in the load, the number of revolutions of a rotary machine attributed to the exercising is lowered by delta R from R1 . Thereafter, a subject makes an exercising so as to raise the number of revolutions in an attempt to return the number of revolutions to the original number of revolutions R1 . According to the exercising, the time 1/2 tf is determined to be taken until the number of revolutions returns by a half of ΔR and exercising capacity is evaluated based on the time 1/2 tf.
