1485804 Rodenticidal application of imidazopyridines ELI LILLY & CO 13 Nov 1974 [15 Nov 1973] 49052/74 Heading A5E A solid rodenticidal composition comprises a nutritive substance and/or an attractant and a fluoroalkyl substituted-1 H-imidazo (4, 5- b) pyridine of the formula: wherein RSP1/SP is CF 3 , CF 2 Cl or CF 2 H; RSP2/SP is H, OH or ORSP3/SP wherein RSP3/SP is a specified substituent; m, n, p and q are specified integers and RSP8/SP is C 1 -C 7 perfluoroalkyl, CF 2 H or CF 2 . CF 2 H. The active ingredient may be used in amount to have a prompt toxic effect or to have a cumulative effect. Mixtures of the imidazopyridines may be used.
