9402. H³gle, O. April 23. Go-carts.-The go-cart device shown in Fig. 1 consists of a framework 1 having a top rail from which the girdle 22, for the baby, is suspended. The device may be used as a clothes horse, by reversing the racks 12 so that the horse rests on the legs 2, 5 and on the racks. The legs 3, 4 are extended by rods engaging with eyelets 24 on the legs.
