POLYSACCHARIDE GELS AND THEIR INTERACTION WITH BIOLOGICAL ACTIVE SUBSTANCES

摘要

The paper studies the synthesis and characterization of new associative polysaccharide derivatives based on carboxymethylpullulan crosslinked with epichlorohydrine or Na trimethaphosphate. Their interaction with lysozyme was studied with the aim to appreciate their performances as supports for immobilization/ purification of the enzymes.
