On the Innovation of Chinese State-owned Enterprise Management under the Background of Global Innovation Competition

The more fierce innovation competition in the world gives great impetus to Chinese enterprises especially the lagging management mode of state-owned enterprises. In order to develop themselves in the fierce world market competition, Chinese state-owned enterprises must abandon their backward management mode, borrow the advanced management experiences from foreign enterprises, make innovation in manpower resource, knowledge management, establish and perfect the supporting system of state-owned enterprises' innovation.
