A SIMPLIFIED MODEL FOR ANALYING LOW-VELOCITY IMPACT PROCESS OF COMPOSITE PLATES

摘要

A simplified model was developed which takes effect of indentation into account and can give the history of impact force displacement of a plates and impact durations during impact progress. The results from the developed model and finite element model were compared, and the application range of this model was discussed.
