摘要

The idea of Space-Weather forecast and prediction of gee-efficient phenomena of solar activity by means of COnceptual MODelling (COMOD) technology is proposed. This technology is a new approach for reconstruction analysis of open complex systems. The operation and structure of the COMOD technology are described. Recent applications of the COMOD technology in the analysis of geospheric and biospheric effects of the solar activity and geo-cosmic factors are summarized.
