氨纶丝预牵伸倍数对弹力纱性能的影响

摘要

为了分析氨纶丝预牵伸倍数对弹力纱性能的影响，在一定的工艺设备与条件下，纺制了不同牵伸倍数的环锭弹力纱以及转杯弹力纱，通过对纱线性能进行测试和分析可知：随着氨纶丝预牵伸倍数的增大，弹力纱的断裂强度都逐渐增加；断裂伸长率会先增加后减小；条干不匀率和毛羽指数会有所恶化。%To know the effect of the draft ratio of polyurethane filament on the pertormance of the elastic yarn, the elastic yarn with different draft ratios were spun by rotor-spinning and ring-spinning. The properties of the yarn were tested and analyzed. The results show that as the draft ratio increases, the breaking tenacity increases and breaking elongation will increase first and then decrease, unevenness and hairiness will be worse.
