格林巴利综合征患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的变化

bjective The purpose of the study was to investigate the significance of the changes in lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood in patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome(GBS).Methods Blood samples from 15 patients with GBS were studied with flow cytometry to define circulating lymphocyte populations and compared with those from 15 healthy controls. Resuits In the GBS patient group,little changes have taken place in the numbers of CD4+ , CD3 + and CDi9+ ,the percentage of CD8+ is lower and CD4+/CD8+ is higher than those in normal control group (P <0.01) .Conclusion An abnormal immune response is thought to be involved in pathomechanism of GBS and the abnormality of the CD4+/CD8 + value may be a mark of GBS.%目的：探讨格林巴利综合征(GBS)患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群变化的意义。方法：采用流式细胞仪对15例GBS患者和15例正常人外周血淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD19+细胞百分率与CD4+/CD8+值进行测定。结果：CBS患者外周血中CD8+细胞百分率降低，CD4+/Cd8+增高，而cd3+、CD4+、CD19+细胞百分率无明显变化。结论：异常免疫应答是GBS的重要发病机制，而CD4+/CD8+值异常可能是GBS的一个显著标志。
