Application of hydrolytic enzymes in the agricultural biogas production:Results from practical applications in Germany

In the biogas production process on the basis of renewable raw materials,the enzymatic hydrolysis,especially of substrate polysaccharides,plays a key role for the biogas yield and the overall process velocity.Hydrolytic anaerobic bacteria perform the first step of the biogas production process,producing and secreting hydrolytic enzymes.
