The invention relates to a protein to inhibit the control action for the osmotic stress induced genes AtSIK, it relates to a gene coding for the protein. More specifically, the Arabidopsis said AtSIK is transformed with and induced by osmotic stress, which plays the role of suppressing control the genes for resistance to osmotic stress, the activity of AtSIK gene suppression separated from (Arabidopsis thaliana) produced by the plants promote osmotic stress tolerance, it is possible to improve the productivity of plants through it.
