摘要:
This article aims to investigate the Darcy Forchhemier mixed convection flow of the hybrid nanofluid through an inclined extending cylinder.Two different nanoparticles such as carbon nanotubes(CNTs)and iron oxide Fe3O4 have been added to the base fluid in order to prepare a hybrid nanofluid.Nonlinear partial differential equations for momentum,energy and convective diffusion have been changed into dimensionless ordinary differential equations after using Von Karman approach.Homotopy analysis method(HAM),a powerful analytical approach has been used to find the solution to the given problem.The effects of the physical constraints on velocity,concentration and temperature profile have been drawn as well for discussion purpose.The numerical outcomes have been carried out for the drag force,heat transfer rate and diffusion rate etc.The Biot number of heat and mass transfer affects the fluid temperature whereas the Forchhemier parameter and the inclination angle decrease the velocity of the fluid flow.The results show that hybrid nanofluid is the best source of enhancing heat transfer and can be used for cooling purposes as well.

GRAS家族HAM亚家族基因是维持植物茎端分生组织(shoot apical meristem,SAM)未分化状态的重要因子,并影响着植物的成花转化进程.该研究基于转录组数据中甘菊(Chrysanthemum lavandulifolium)HAM亚家族基因同源序列设计引物,利用RT-PCR技术从甘菊中克隆得到3个HAM类基因.序列分析结果表明,所克隆的3个基因开放阅读框长度分别为1845、1479和1881 bp,分别编码614、492和626个氨基酸.Blastp分析显示,3个基因的编码蛋白均含有典型HAM亚家族蛋白特征,并与菊科植物黄花蒿(Artemisia annua)SCL6蛋白具有较高的一致性,分别达到了94.39%、91.90%和94.27%.进一步分析表明,3个基因的编码蛋白与所有拟南芥GRAS家族中的SCL6蛋白进化关系最近,故将其分别命名为ClSCL6a、ClSCL6b和ClSCL6c.荧光定量分析显示,3个ClSCL6基因均在甘菊茎中表达量最高,而在根和花中表达量普遍较低.在不同发育时期的花器官中,3个ClSCL6基因均有表达,其中ClSCL6a在管状花花粉散开前达到表达高峰,ClSCL6b和ClSCL6c则在小花蕾时期表达量最高,在其他时期表达水平差异不大.该研究结果为进一步研究ClSCL6在菊花成花转化过程中的功能奠定了基础.

Objective To observe the clinical effect and the safety of SFPG combined sertraline in the treatment of hypertension with GAD.Methods 60 cases of GAD patients were randomly divided into SFPG combined with sertraline group and sertraline monotherapy group,before treatment and after treatment of 2,4,6 weeks with HAMA rating scale to assess its efficacy,side effect was assessed with TESS and observe them.Results After 6 weeks treatment,compared with sertraline monotherapy group,HAMA score reduction rate has significant differences in the combination group,and the adverse reaction was significantly reduced (P<0.01),combination group was 90.00%,the monotherapy group was 73.33%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01).After six weeks,TESS scores have significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion SFPG has a significant auxiliary function in the treatment of GAD patients with hypertension and less side effects.%目的 探讨人参果总皂苷(SFPG)治疗高血压合并广泛性焦虑障碍(GAD)的临床疗效及安全性.方法 选取60例GAD患者随机分为SFPG加舍曲林组和舍曲林单用组,在治疗前和用药后2,4,6周用HAMA评分量表评定其疗效,以TESS量表评定并观察两者的不良反应.结果 治疗6周末,与舍曲林单用组相比,联合组HAMA评分的减分率差异有统计学意义,且不良反应明显减少(P<0.01),合用组有效率为90.00%,单用组有效率为73.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P< 0.01).2组患者用药6周TESS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 SFPG对高血压合并GAD患者的治疗有显著的辅助作用,不良反应少.
