摘要:从制造业大国向制造业强国转变是当前制造业发展的远景目标和奋斗的方向.目前我国从事数控机床电气设计改造与维修工作的工程技术人员数以万计,然而相比于日益发展的制造业设备维修与管理来说,人才梯队建设与培养机制相对落后.由于此项技术的复杂性、多样性和多变性以及一些客观环境因素的制约,在数控机床电气维修技术方面还没有形成一套成熟的、完整的理论与教学体系.本文主要针对目前数控设备诊断与维修教学实训室的法拉克系统机床,开发制作一个故障诊断盒,便于数控维修人员进行故障模拟训练,建构理论知识学习体系,快速提高维护维修技能.%The shift from great manufacturing nation to powerful manufacturing nation is the vision and struggling direction of manufacturing industry development in the current.In the current, there are tens of thousands technicians engaging in renovation and maintenance of electrical design of CNC machine tools in China, but compared to the growing manufacturing equipment maintenance and management, the personnel team building and training system is relatively backward.As the complexity, diversity and environmental variability of the technology as well as some objective factors, in the technical aspects of electrical maintenance of CNC machine tools has not yet formed a mature and complete theory and teaching system.Based on the Farrak system tools of CNC equipment diagnosis and maintenance teaching training room, this paper develops a fault diagnostic kit which is easy to fault simulation training for CNC maintenance personnel, constructs the theoretical knowledge learning system, to improve the maintenance skills quickly.
