摘要:Objective;To copy and value the model of spleen-qi deficiency with fever. Methods;The rats were assigned into the normal group,spleen-deficiency group,9pleen-deficiency with fever group. The rats were treated with excess fatigue-out of constant diet to copy spleen-qi deficiency rat model. On the 22th day,The rats of spleen-qi deficiency with fever group were respectively ip with LPS(80μg/kg) to induce fever. The rectal temperature was measured. The body weight and change of syndrome and autonomous behavior was observed. D-xylose of urine and peripheral blood GAS,MTL,SS,IL-1(3, IL-2 ,IL-6, T3, T4 , TSH are measured. Resu (J) Compared with the normal group, the rectal temperature of spleen-qi deficiency with fever group has a transient decrease at 30min,then raised obviously ( P <0. 05 , P <0. 01 ) ;the spleen-qi deficiency group has a transient decrease at 60min, then return to the basic line. The body weight of spleen-qi deficiency and spleen-qi deficiency with fever group were decreased obviously at the end of 3w (P <0. 01) and the integral quantity of appearance behavior change were significantly increased at the weekend of 2w and 3w ( P < 0. 05 ,P < 0. 01 ) ; Urine D-xylose excretion rate,peripheral blood GAS,MTL,IL-13,IL-2,T3 ,T4 ,TSH decreased and 1L-6,SS increased( P < 0. 05,P <0. 01). ?Compared with the spleen-qi deficiency group, temperature of spleen-qi deficiency with fever group has a transient decrease at 30min, then raised obviously ( P < 0. 01). Blood T, has decreased obviously ( P < 0. 01) ,other indexes have no significance. Conclusion; By adopting excess fatigue + out of constant diet + LPS injection had induced the rats show a serial of appearance in syndrome model of autonomous behavior,body weight,body temperature which were similar to Chinese symptoms of spleen-qi deficiency with fever.%目的:复制并评价脾虚发热大鼠模型.方法:大鼠随机分为正常对照组、单纯脾虚组、脾虚发热组.大鼠采用饮食失节+过度疲劳法复制脾虚模型,于造模第22天腹腔注射LPS(80 μg/kg)诱导发热,测定各时间点的肛温、体重、外观行为变化积值、尿D-木糖排泄率和外周血相关指标.结果:①与正常对照组比较,脾虚发热组大鼠体温除在30min有一过性降低外,其余各(α)察点均呈显著性升高(P<0.01,P<0.05);单纯脾虚组大鼠体温除在60min时有一过性升高外,其余各点无显著性差异;脾虚发热组与单纯脾虚组大鼠在第1、2、3周末的体重均明显降低;第2、3周末的外观行为变化总积分值呈显著性增加(P<0.05,P<0.01);第3周末的尿D-木糖排泄率、血GAS、MTL、IL-1β、IL-2、T3、T4、TSH均降低,IL-6和SS升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);②与单纯脾虚组相比,脾虚发热组大鼠体温在30min时有一过性降低,之后体温一直呈显著性升高(P<0.01);外周血T4含量显著性降低(P<0.01),其余各指标的差异无显著性.结论:饮食失节+过度疲劳+ LPS注射可引起大鼠出现类中医脾虚发热证.
